Easy Photo Grabber 1.4.0 is a video photo surveillance security program that can capture a maximum of 320.000 videoframes in jpg format from any videosource ,webcam, videocamera or tvcard to harddisk. User selects the desired interval between  captured frames, adjustable fom 0.10 to a 1000 seconds, quality of jpeg picture and number of frames to capture. Captured frames can be viewed directly in the picture viewer. Pictures can be scaled, scrolled, or printed out with time/date stamp.
